So, what is Jrny working on?

Jrny is a solution which optimises the customer experience. Our platform uses a combination of machine learning and automated chatbots to streamline the customer journey so that you can serve every single customer at the same time, whilst also improving customer retention and net promoter score. When designed and implemented for the full customer-lifecycle, Jrny can also increase the likelihood that a consumer will make a purchase, reducing the cost of acquisition.

Why is it important?

A typical enterprise uses over 30 different solutions to engage with their prospects and current customers. Not only does this create massive inefficiencies, but it also hinders the customer experience. By using a solution that streamlines the journey (from on-boarding, to instant service, to loyalty programmes) a customer is left feeling more satisfied while the enterprise saves on acquisition costs and cost-to-serve.

What are you looking forward to during KFA?

There were a number of things that excited us about joining the Kiwibank FinTech Accelerator. First off, our main priority is refining what Jrny offers for a more targeted market. Beyond that, we really want to learn timeless skills that will set our company up for ongoing success. Thirdly, we want to establish a great support network, which the KFA have been able to facilitate.

What are you aiming for?

We want to empower companies all around the world to run their businesses in the most efficient manner by harnessing the powers of conversational UI, and we want to be the best in the world at it.
